One of the most experienced security professionals in Argentina dedicated to the professional design, development and evaluation of security projects.

Ulises served in the Argentinian Navy, where he specialized in communications and electronic warfare. His last destination was the Navy Academy for Submarines, where he was instructor in the telecommunications branch.

He started his civil life working as a Field Engineer for Bosch supporting telecommunication projects in Macao, China and Peru.

After he left Bosch he worked for several national and international companies in different managerial positions (e.g.  Kraft Foods, Shell CAPSA, Dupont and lastly, Pan American Energy where he worked as Senior Consultant providing security support and solutions for projects located in Chile, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.

Having obtained a Certified Protection Professional Certification (CPP) in 2004, he is also one of the first ASIS International members in Argentina.

Ulises has also specialized in Security Risks Management (SRM) being both CPP and a Certified professional in ISO 28000. He developed a prolific experience in the field of Risks Management, which tied to his technical knowledge, allows him to provide security solutions with a unique blending of different angles and perspectives.

He was also instructor, teacher and lecturer in different and well-known institutions such as the Navy, the local ASIS International Chapter 215 Buenos Aires and the UADE university (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa - UADE Executive Education).
