Our Audit Process starts with a previous workup on policies, standards and process revision.

 

During the audit we check on the implementation and compliance level of the client’s standards by applying metrics with agreed KPI’s and also by doing business and carrying out leader interviews as well.

As part of the service, we include a well-documented Action Plan to identify the findings and non-conformities.

If required by the client, we can also actively support the further process to implement and execute the Action Plan in order to bridge the gap.
