Carlos Pedro is a security professional based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with much experience in working with multinational companies. His main focus is on risk analysis, management and the development of the strategy and programs for the protection of corporate assets and employees.

 

Carlos Pedro is recognized internationally as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He also was Chairman of the ASIS Buenos Aires Chapter for 3 years. Carlos has worked as a professional in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico.

 

Prior to co-founding Analitica y Proyectos, Carlos was the Security Vice President at Pan American Energy, the largest Argentinian private Gas &Oil producing company operating in the upstream oilfield and the downstream sector (Refinery, ports, and 500 gas-stations) and on renewable energies projects.  He worked in DuPont as a Security head for the Latin America Region and also other multinational companies such as Kraft Food and Hewlett-Packard, where he held similar regional positions.

 

He was a teacher and lecturer in UADE Executive Education (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa) on Strategic Risk Management programs. He was also teaching in the program to become ASIS CPP. 

 

Carlos is former Military Officer and Infantry Parachutist in the Argentinian Army, where he served in country and also abroad as a member of the United Nation missions in the former Republic of Yugoslavia and Cyprus Island in the Mediterranean Sea.
